April 22nd to 24th
A 3-day virtual event for stepmoms!
This event is brought to you by Stepmomming Made Easy: Strategies, Tools, and Everything Else You Need to Know.
It takes strategy. Support. And the right tools to navigate the real-life complexities of stepmomming. In other words—the things no one warns you about until you’re knee-deep in resentment, confusion, or just plain burnout.
You’re getting a lot of things right:
But…
There has got to be a better way.
You want something that’s actually sustainable… even when the custody schedule changes last minute, the group text blows up, or your stepkids give you the cold shoulder.
Set clear, healthy boundaries without the guilt or second-guessing?
Navigate tough conversations with your partner and co-parent without spiraling into arguments or shutdowns?
Stop walking on eggshells and start showing up confidently and authentically?
Have a roadmap for handling conflict, loyalty binds, and transitions that actually fits your unique family?
Finally feel like you’re not alone, and be surrounded by women who truly get what you’re going through?
Join us for StepmomCon, the virtual event designed exclusively for stepmoms, where you’ll learn from 25 leading stepfamily experts how to navigate boundaries, communicate effectively with your partner, manage high-conflict dynamics, and reclaim your sense of self—no matter how complicated your situation is.
Check out the incredible lineup of stepfamily experts you’ll learn from at StepmomCon!

What to do When You Feel Like an Outsider in Your Own Home
Hi, I’m Kristen Skiles!
I am a Certified Stepparent Coach, founder of Stepmomming.com, host of the chart-topping podcast Stepmomming Made Easy, and author of the 5-star rated book of the same name, Stepmomming Made Easy. I am on a mission to help overwhelmed stepmoms feel seen, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to navigate stepfamily life with confidence.
With a blended family that includes a 16-year-old stepdaughter, I know firsthand the complexities of stepmom life—from overcoming insecurities as the second spouse, to learning tough lessons in shared parenting, and navigating my own childhood as a stepchild in multiple blended family dynamics. I even shared a home (and a business!) with my stepdaughter’s mom for a season, giving me a uniquely compassionate and real-world perspective on co-parenting.
My coaching, resources, and debut book Stepmomming Made Easy are all built on the belief that while stepmomming is hard, it doesn’t have to be miserable. My practical, validating approach has been featured on TODAY, The Atlantic, Newsweek, The Boston Globe, Texas Today, and Scary Mommy.
Grab your ticket and join me and 20+ stepfamily experts for a one-of-a-kind event that will help you live a stepmom life you love.
I can’t wait to see you there!
StepmomCon will run from April 22nd through 24th, with a variety of presentations to choose from each day. This event is entirely virtual, so you’ll be able to attend from anywhere in the world with internet access.
Attend powerful presentations from our lineup of 20+ stepfamily experts, covering topics like setting boundaries that actually work, understanding your triggers, navigating high-conflict situations, and breaking the overthinking cycle. Your free ticket includes 24-hour access to each session during the week of the summit, so you can learn on your schedule, no matter how busy life gets.
Join our private Slack community and connect with stepmoms who get it—and who are already taking steps toward more peace, clarity, and confidence in their stepfamilies. Inside the group, you’ll be able to chat with speakers, meet other attendees, and start building the support system you’ve been craving—all before the summit even begins!
Show up and participate in the community for chances to win prizes throughout the summit! Be sure to keep an eye out for your BINGO card and come hang out with us in the Facebook community for chances to win exciting prizes!
Join stepmoms living your same specific struggle in small group breakout rooms! If you’re a full-time stepmom, part of the LGBTQ+ community, in an intercultural or interracial stepfamily, a long-distance stepmom, or navigating infertility, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with other women who truly get it!
After registering, you’ll have the chance to upgrade to the Full Experience Pass which includes ongoing access to the presentations after the summit wraps up, premium bonuses from our speakers, and more! You’ll get all the details (and a special offer) after grabbing your free ticket!
StepmomCon was specifically created for stepmoms like you—those navigating loyalty binds, high-conflict exes, shifting schedules, emotional exhaustion, and all the invisible labor no one else seems to notice.
This event is for the woman who’s showing up with heart, patience, and persistence—but still feels like she’s swimming upstream.
Instead of offering surface-level tips like “Just love them like your own” or “It gets easier with time”, StepmomCon is about equipping you with real tools to find peace, set boundaries, and feel confident in your role—no matter how complex your family dynamic is.
You’ll hear from seasoned coaches, therapists, authors, and fellow stepmoms who actually understand what you’re going through and won’t sugarcoat the hard stuff. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about practical strategies and real support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
It’s time to stop second-guessing yourself, walking on eggshells, and trying to make everyone else happy—and finally step into a version of stepmom life that feels empowered, sustainable, and true to you.
If your partner has a child with someone else, you’re a stepmom. You don’t have to be married, have a formal title, or even live with the kids full-time to belong here.
Whether you’re helping raise your stepkids day in and day out, navigating an early or long-distance relationship, or still figuring out your role, you are welcome at StepmomCon.
Marriage, custody arrangements, and time spent in the home don’t make you more or less worthy of support. If you’re navigating the complexities that come with dating, partnering with, or loving someone who shares parenting with someone else, this summit was made for you.
We’ll be specifically speaking to stepmoms and focusing on how to find peace, clarity, and confidence in your role, but anyone who wants to better support stepmoms is welcome to attend.
The main portion of the event runs from April 22nd through 24th. You’ll also be able to join our private Slack community as soon as you register, so you can join in on the fun right away!
Most of the presentations at StepmomCon are pre-recorded, so you can watch them on your own time. However, these sessions are only available for 24 hours each (6 AM CST to 6 AM CST) with your free ticket, so we encourage you to attend live when you can!
Live attendance gives you the chance to join real-time chats with speakers, connect with other stepmoms, and engage with the community as you take steps toward peace and confidence in your stepfamily.
If your schedule is packed and you can’t catch every session live, no worries! Grab your free ticket to get access during the event, and if you want to watch the presentations anytime after that, you can upgrade to the Full Experience Pass for extended, unlimited access.
Your free ticket includes 24 hour access to each of the presentations. If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the Full Experience Pass after registering, which will give you extended access to the presentations along with premium bonuses from our speakers and more!
To avoid tech glitches and give you the best possible experience, all presentations are pre-recorded and released at scheduled times during the summit.
But here’s the best part: during each presentation’s release window, the speaker will be hanging out live in the chat on their session page—ready to connect, answer your questions, and support you in real time!
Plus, there will be special bonus live events with Kristen throughout the summit, giving you even more opportunities to engage and get personalized support.
No. When you register, you’ll be added only to the StepmomCon email list (emails come from [email protected]) so we can send you important updates and links to each day’s presentations.
After the summit, you’ll continue to receive emails from us, but you can unsubscribe anytime if you want.
Some speakers will offer free resources during their sessions that you can access by providing your email address, but speakers will not receive your email unless you choose to share it with them directly.
This way, you only get emails from the people you want to hear from, without being added to multiple lists you didn’t sign up for.
